📘 NYSCF Membership Portal – User Tutorial Version 1.0 | May 2025

Welcome to the NYSC Foundation Membership Portal. This guide will walk you step-by-step through the process of registering, paying your membership fee, and downloading your personalized ID card.

🟢 STEP 1: OPEN THE REGISTRATION PAGE

Visit: https://portal.nyscfoundation.org.ng

You will see a simple form asking for your:

• Full Name
• Email Address
• Phone Number
• State (2-letter code e.g., AB, KD, LA)
• Year (e.g., 2024, 2025)
• Batch (A, B, or C)
• Serial Number (your assigned number)
• Passport Photo (upload a recent passport photograph)

🟢 STEP 2: PAY YOUR MEMBERSHIP FEE

1. After filling the form, click the Pay Now button.
2. A Paystack secure payment modal will open.
3. Enter your card details or choose other payment methods.
4. Wait for the payment to complete successfully.
5. Do NOT close the browser or tab during this step.

💡 Fee Amount:
– ₦1000 for registrations from 2024 and 2025
– ₦5000 for earlier years

🟢 STEP 3: CREATE YOUR LOGIN DETAILS

Once payment is complete:

1. You’ll be redirected to a page to Create your username and password. Please  securely save these credentials.
2. These credentials will allow you to log in to your dashboard at any time.

🟢 STEP 4: ACCESS YOUR MEMBER DASHBOARD

Click on Dashboard link below:

In the dashboard you can:

• View your registration details
• Download your virtual ID Card
• Apply for foundation loan (₦600 fee)
• Update your profile

🟢 STEP 5: DOWNLOAD YOUR ID CARD

1. Click the Download ID Card button in your dashboard.
2. You’ll be taken to your personal ID card generator.
3. Click:
– Download as Image to save as PNG
– Download as PDF for print-friendly format

Your ID will include:

• Full Name
• State Code
• Year
• Issued On date
• Passport photo
• QR Code (for verification)
