📄 NYSCF Member Registration System – User Manual

For Members & Legacy Users

🎯 1. Welcome

Welcome to the NYSCF Member Portal — your official gateway to membership services, ID card generation, loan applications, and more.

This manual will guide you through:

• ✅ Registration
• ✅ Login
• ✅ Profile Management
• ✅ ID Card Download
• ✅ Password Reset

All services are secure and available 24/7.

🌐 2. How to Register (New Members)

Step 1: Go to Registration Page

Open your browser and visit:

• Full Name: Your full name as it appears on official documents
• Email: A valid email address (e.g., yourname@example.com)
• Phone Number: Your 11-digit Nigerian number (e.g., 08012345678)
• State Code: Your NYSC State Code (e.g., NS/24A/1524)

🔹 Note: The State Code must be in the format: XX/YYA/ZZZZ
Example: LA/25B/6789 = Lagos State, 2025 Batch B

Step 3: Confirm Your State Code

You will be asked to re-enter your State Code to prevent typos.
Type it again exactly as before.

Step 4: Upload Passport Photo

Click “Choose File” and select a clear, recent photo:

• ✅ JPG or PNG format
• ✅ Less than 2MB
• ✅ Face clearly visible
• ✅ No filters or edits

Click “Pay & Register”.

You will be redirected to Paystack to complete payment:

• Corper Shun (current year): ₦1,000
• Others: ₦5,000

Use your card to pay. After payment, you will be automatically logged in.

🔐 3. First Login & Setup

After registration, you will see your Member Dashboard.

✅ Step 1: Upload Passport Photo (If Not Done)

If you didn’t upload during registration:

1. Click “📷 Upload Passport Photo”
2. Choose your photo
3. Click “Upload Photo”

✅ Step 2: Set Your Login Credentials

To log in later, you must set a username and password.

1. Click “Create Username & Password”
2. Enter:
   • Username: Your preferred login name
   • Password: A secure password (e.g., MyPass2025!)
   • Confirm Password: Type it again
3. Click “Save & Go to Dashboard”

✅ You can now log in anytime using your username and password.

📱 4. How to Log In

Step 1: Go to Login Page

Step 2: Enter Your Credentials

• Email: The email you used to register
• Password: Your password

Click “Login”

✅ You will be taken to your Member Dashboard

🔐 If you forget your password, see Section 6

🪪 5. Download Your ID Card

Your official NYSCF ID Card is generated automatically.

Step 1: Go to Dashboard

Log in and go to:

• The ID card will appear on screen
• Click the “💾 Download ID Card” button below it
• Save the image to your phone or computer

✅ You can use this ID card for your clearance.

🔁 6. Forgot Password?

If you forget your password:

Step 1: Go to Forgot Password Page

• Type your email or State Code
• Click “Send Reset Link”

Step 3: Check Your Email

You will receive a message with a password reset link.

Click the link and set a new password.

✅ Done — you can now log in with your new password

🧑‍💼 7. For Legacy Members (Previously Registered But Cannot Login)

If you are a confirmed member but were not captured during online registration:

Option 1: Self-Report

Option 2: Contact Admin

Email: info@nyscfoundation.org.ng
Subject: “Legacy Member Registration”
Include:

• Full Name
• Email
• Phone
• State Code
• Proof of Paystack Payment (Paystack Receipt sent to your email).

An admin will create your account and email your login details.

🛠️ 8. Dashboard Features

Once logged in, your dashboard includes:

✅ Final Notes

• Always use a secure device to log in
• Never share your password
• Keep your ID card safe
• Update your profile if your contact details change
